Refund policy

We greatly value our clients and want to hear from you right away if you are not happy with your product.  Please send an email to us at contact@norndesign-studio.com or call 617.650.5235.  Your feedback and satisfaction is very important to us.

We have a 15 day return policy for non perishable goods.  This means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.  We have a 2 day return policy for perishable goods.  This means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a new item, gift card or refund.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order once received and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

Refunds will be in the form of an exchange, gift card of refund to the original payment method.  Please contact us to discuss.
